These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of all mobile applications (“Apps”) published by Orange Forge LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Apps.

1. Our Apps

Orange Forge LLC develops and publishes mobile applications across various categories. These Terms apply to all current and future Apps we publish, including but not limited to FilterReminder and any other applications released under the Orange Forge name. Each App may have its own feature set, pricing, and subscription options as described in its App Store listing.

2. Eligibility

Our Apps are intended for general audiences. Age ratings vary by App and are displayed on each App’s store listing. By using any of our Apps, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement for that App or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Accounts and Registration

Some of our Apps may require you to create an account or sign in with a third-party service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Free and Paid Features

Our Apps may offer both free and premium features:

• Free FeaturesCore functionality is available at no cost. The scope of free features varies by App.
• Premium FeaturesAdditional functionality may be available through in-app purchases or subscriptions. Specific features and pricing are described within each App and on its store listing.
• One-Time PurchasesSome Apps may offer features or content as a one-time purchase. These are non-consumable unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to modify the features available under free and paid tiers. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

If an App offers subscriptions:

• Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and plan options are displayed within the App and on its store listing.
• Free trials may be offered. If you do not cancel before a trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the stated price.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
• Prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary by region based on the app store’s pricing tiers.

6. Managing and Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time:

• AndroidGoogle Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

7. Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple or Google. Refund requests must be submitted through the respective platform. We do not process refunds directly.

8. Your Data

• Our Apps store data locally on your device. The type of data depends on the App’s functionality.
• Some Apps may sync data across your devices using Apple’s iCloud (CloudKit) or other cloud services. We do not operate Apple’s sync infrastructure.
• We may use analytics services (such as Firebase Analytics) to collect anonymous usage data to improve our Apps. This data is not tied to your personal identity.
• If an App uses a third-party service for subscription management (such as RevenueCat), that service processes purchase receipts from Apple or Google. We do not collect or store your payment information.

9. Notifications

Some of our Apps use push notifications (local or remote) to deliver reminders, updates, or alerts. You may enable or disable notifications at any time through the App’s settings or your device’s system settings.

10. User-Generated Content

If any of our Apps allow you to submit, post, or share content, you retain ownership of that content. By submitting content through our Apps, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our Apps.
• Use our Apps for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Apps or their related systems.
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell our Apps or any part of them.
• Use automated tools to scrape, collect, or extract data from our Apps.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Apps or the servers and networks connected to them.

12. Intellectual Property

Our Apps, including their design, code, graphics, icons, and content, are owned by Orange Forge LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The Orange Forge name, logo, and the names of our individual Apps are trademarks of Orange Forge LLC. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Our Apps are tools intended to assist you — we are not responsible for any damage, cost, or inconvenience resulting from reliance on information or functionality provided by our Apps.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orange Forge LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Apps. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Apps shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orange Forge LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our Apps.

16. Third-Party Services

Our Apps may integrate with or contain links to third-party services (e.g., cloud storage, analytics, payment processors). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of third-party services.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through our Apps or by updating the effective date above. Continued use of our Apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any of our Apps at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using any App at any time by deleting it from your device and canceling any active subscriptions.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Orange Forge LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that State.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Orange Forge LLC regarding your use of our Apps.
